Webelos Woods

Webelos Woods is an awesome opportunity for Webelos (and their parents) to experience some of the fun that they can look forward to once they cross over into a troop. Troops will host Webelos Scouts from various packs and will form patrols which will include those Webelos Scouts for the weekend. Packs will be assigned to camp with a host Troop by the event staff. *Note: Troops will also be reaching out to packs to invite them to camp with their troop.*

On Saturday, the patrols will rotate in a round-robin style of activities where they can visit with different Troops. Each patrol will learn a variety of different outdoor and Scout skills and put them to use in live demonstrations. On Saturday night, both districts will come together to enjoy a rousing campfire program with yells and skits! There will also be a OA Brotherhood ceremony on Saturday evening.

All registrations must be done through Black Pug and no walk-in registration is permitted. We have a maximum capacity for this event and cannot go over this number. We will not have a waiting list for this event. 

Who Should Attend?

• Webelos and Arrow of Light Dens plus their parents/guardians
• Scouts BSA Troops
• Due to the limited space at this camp, we cannot accommodate any other Cub Scouts or siblings.

Cost:
Cost includes all fees and a patch. Meals for Packs will be provided by their host Troops. Cost is the same for both day only and overnight campers.

  • Early Bird - $15 until 10/22/22
  • Regular rate - $25 until registration closes on 10/23/22 at 11:00 p.m.
• Prospective Scouts: 
  • Early Bird - $15 until 10/22/22
  • Regular rate - $25 until registration closes on 10/23/22 at 11:00 p.m.
• Staff: $10
• Brotherhood OA Candidate: $20 in addition to registration fees

Check-In:

• Friday, November 4: 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
• Saturday, November 5: 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
