The Gathering

Join us on Saturday, September 18, at Camp Trevor Rees-Jones for a low-key day of Venturing and socializing.

Events include:

• Shooting sports – piston / shotgun
• Horseback riding
• Climbing Tower (TBD)
• Swimming & Canoeing (Sim checks available or bring your swim check verification form)
• A catered lunch (only meal provided)

Check-in begins at 9AM.  Program areas open by 10 AM.  Not all program areas will be open all day. A schedule will be provided at check-in.

Adults and youth attending need to bring your Medical Form (Parts A and B, no physician's signature required) and your COVID Screening form (attached).

COVID Precautions:
Temperature checks upon arrival
Masks will be encouraged for this event if you are within 6ft of another person (indoors or outdoors) or if you are indoors (e.g., dining hall) unless you are eating.
