1st and 2nd year Webelos, save-the-date for the 2021 Lone Star District Webelos Woods! This is an event you don’t want to miss! Webelos Woods is a great opportunity for Webelos scouts to spend time with and learn from older scouts, as well as experience the personality of each troop represented, as they begin to make the important decision on which troop to join when they cross over into Scouts BSA. 

Webelos and their adults will arrive at beautiful Camp James Ray after breakfast on Saturday to set up their tents at their selected troop’s campsite. The rest of the day will be spent rotating through several fun-filled scout-led activities, sharing meals with their troop, participating in a campfire program, and more!  Additional details are provided in the “Participant Guide” shared under “Attachments."

Webelos and their adult (parent/guardian) will submit registration and payment individually using this form. Webelos may also register as a den with at least 1 leader per 5 Webelos and 2 deep leadership. 

Scout BSA Troops come ready to show these Webelos what makes your troop fun and unique! Please pre-register with your minimum numbers as soon as possible, so we can know how many units to expect. Troops will arrive on Friday evening to prepare for Saturday’s events. Troop registration includes campsite fees and a patch - troops will be responsible for providing all meals for their participants.
