This event is for Webelos and Arrow of Light Cubs (4th and 5th Graders) and above, Lions, Tigers, Wolfs, and Bears (Kindergarteners through 3rd Graders) should register for Cuboree by clicking here.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU CHECK WITHIN YOUR UNIT AS WE ARE CATCHING A LOT OF DUPLICATE REGISTRATIONS WHERE THE FAMILY AND THE UNIT ARE REGISTERING AT THE SAME TIME, luckily none of them have paid twice so far as you will not get all of your money back if this happens.

SPACED OUT - Come to Camp Wisdom for a two night campout centered around the theme of space and astronomy.  This is a weekend of fun outdoor activities geared towards Webelos (grades 4-5) with the intent of providing opportunities for advancement and to aid with the Webelos-to-Scout transition. Webelos Dens and their adult leaders will get an interactive preview of the Scouts BSA program through a series of fun-filled activities accentuating the scouting experience.  You will also have the opportunity to meet several Scouts BSA Troops who are staffing many of the activities.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines, masks will be required, hand washing will be enforced, and meals will be provided.  Cooking and cracker barrels will not be allowed in the campsites.  The campsite latrines are available, but you need to provide your own toilet paper, soap, and cleaning supplies.

Check-in by unit for the event will begin on Friday at 6:30 PM and run through 9 PM.  Temperatures will be checked prior to entering the parking area.  Once the vehicle is cleared to proceed, you will be given directions on where to go next.  Only one adult leader will be allowed into the pavillion to turn in the required paperwork for the unit.

All vehicles, except for unit trailers or equipment vehicles, will park in the main parking lot and MUST follow all directions from staff and signs posted.  NO parking or driving to campsites will be allowed.

Campsites will be assigned by event staff.  Tents MUST be individual or individual family.  Campsites must be set up to encourage and maintain social distancing as much as possible.

FAQs

Can Webelos come for Saturday-only?
Yes, but we do not offer any discounts and if the Webelos is joining their den, no adult needed, if they are coming on their own, they must be accompanied by a parent/guardian, please have them register for the Webelos Woods as per normal and then email WebelosWoods@elmforkbsa.org so that we can make a note in the system and then have them show up for check-in between 8 am and 10 am, however, please note that rotations for Webelos start at 9 am.

I have a family that has a Webelos and Cub-aged child, how do I register?
Please have the Webelos register for Webelos Woods and everyone else register for Cuboree and then email Cuboree@elmforkbsa.org so that we can assign you to the same campsite as the Cubs

Do adults need to register and pay for both the Webelos Woods and Cuboree?
No, adults only need to register and pay for the Cuboree, please send an email to Cuboree@elmforkbsa.org letting us know that you have a Webelos attending so that we can put them in the same campsite as the Cubs.

I have a family that is only coming on Saturday but has both Webelos and Cubs, how do I register them?
Please have the Webelos register as a Webelos Woods participant and the Cubs and their parents register for the Cuboree Saturday-only session and then email Cuboree@elmforkbsa.org so that we can make a note in our system and then have them show up between 8 am and 10 am, however, please note that Webelos rotations start at 9 am and Cuboree rotations start at 10 am.
