***Each troop must have its own reservation, separate two-deep leadership, and a deposit, even if it wants to camp or share leadership with another troop. Troops may not have mixed gender youth on the same registration for base camp registrations.***

• All attendees must be currently registered members of Scouting America.
• Youth must be currently registered members of a troop, crew, or ship.
• Adults must have Safeguarding Youth Training prior to coming to camp.
• The State of Texas has approved the online SYT to meet the Youth Camp Code.

REGISTRATION TYPES

Base Camp Fees

All units share the same registration fees, whether in-council or out-of-council. All units must have two deep leadership and register at least two scouts for base camp.

• Youth - $450
• Adult - $350

Mountain Man Fees

Mountain Man participants will sign up for the weeklong program through the Basecamp registration page for the week you are interested in attending. The Mountain Man program may be canceled for the week if a minimum number of participants (4, youth or adult) is not met. There is an additional $450 fee for this program ($900 total per participant).

Trek Session Fees

Trek Crews must have a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 12, with at least two adults. The minimum youth age is fourteen. Adults must follow SYT standards (ie at least one 21+ female for crews with female members).

Scuba Session Fees

During Weeks 1-3, the Scuba program runs alongside the regular Summer Camp Program, and participants may sign up for it through the typical participant registration portal. During Weeks 4-7, Scuba Crews must have a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 20, with at least two adults. The minimum youth age is fourteen. Adults must follow SYT standards (ie at least one 21+ female for crews with female members).

• Participant (Youth or Adult) - $975

Cavalcade Fees

Cavalades must have a minimum of 6 participants and a maximum of 10, with at least two adults. The minimum youth age is fourteen. Adults must follow SYT standards (ie at least one 21+ female for crews with female members).

• Participant (Youth or Adult) - $1100

REGISTRATION PROCESS

Until February 1st, a $25 per person deposit is required to reserve your unit's place at camp. Beginning February 1st, a 50% deposit is required for all participants (Youth and Adult). Full payment must be made no later than May 1. Make all payments through the Blackpug portal.
