DATE: February 3, 2024          TIME: 7:30 am            LOCATION: Austin, Texas

All 18 councils in Texas are invited to participate. The method of participation is the formation of a delegation. Because of space limitations at the breakfast venue and at the Capitol, and time constraints, the size of each delegation is restricted to a maximum of 12 youth and adults including your council’s youth representative. His/her primary task is to deliver your council’s official report at the designated report location. Only Scout youth member delegates will be allowed on the floor of the House of Representatives due to space limitations. The other adults in your delegation will be able to sit in the gallery of the House of Representatives. Delegates are youth only.

A report to Texas on Scouting’s achievements from each council in Texas.

$35 per delegate (youth or adult), $20 per spectator (youth or adult), $20 for Eagle participant. Reservations close January 8th, 2024.

Your participation fees are needed to keep this event successful for our current Scouts and for future generations of Scouts. Participants will receive:

  • Breakfast at the church with Guest Speaker (DELEGATES ONLY)
  • Commemorative RTS patch and hat
  • Electronic copy of the RTS Group photo (YOUTH DELEGATES ONLY)
  • Spirit Rally
  • Access to Chamber Floor to complete Report to State (YOUTH DELEGATES ONLY)

Communication is the key to a successful Report to State. All communication will be through the council delegation leader and the council staff advisor for RTS. Please add, and to your safe email list.
