2024 REPORT TO STATE - DELEGATION EVENT PLAN

DATE: February 3, 2024          TIME: 7:30 am            LOCATION: Austin, Texas

WHO:

All 18 councils in Texas are invited to participate. The method of participation is the formation of a delegation. Because of space limitations at the breakfast venue and at the Capitol, and time constraints, the size of each delegation is restricted to a maximum of 12 youth and adults including your council’s youth representative. His/her primary task is to deliver your council’s official report at the designated report location. The other adults in your delegation will be able to sit in the gallery of the House of Representatives. Delegates are youth only.

PURPOSE

A report to Texas on Scouting’s achievements from each council in Texas.

COST

$35 per delegate (youth or adult), $20 per spectator (youth or adult), $20 for Eagle participant. Reservations close January 8th, 2024.
