COPE Training teaches skills of team development. COPE is composed of group initiative games, trust events, low-course events, and high-course events. Many activities involve a group challenge and help to develop individual skills and agility within a team-building framework. Participants climb, swing, balance, jump, rappel, and solve problems. This is a hands on training course. Actual Scouts may be present in the training curriculum so a current Youth Protection Training is required as well as the Climbing Level II Qualification.
