COVID-19 staging may adversely affect our ability to hold this event.

During this event, Webelos will be able to fulfill the majority of the Arrow of Light requirements between 9 am to 5 pm.  Please bring your lunch and any snacks.

Meet us at the Troop/Pack 9 Scout Hut at Bryker Woods parking lot off of 33rd Street/Churchill Drive.

Due to COVID-19, we are requiring the attached forms. Forms must be hard-copy and are non-returnable.

Participants are required to bring their own masks. Council policy states that everyone, regardless of vaccination status, must wear a mask when indoors, or outdoors in a situation where social distancing is not possible. We will have extra masks available.

Temperature checks will be done before you are allowed on camp and again during the event. If you develop a temperature or other symptoms, you will be asked to leave the event.
