If you have been recently elected by your unit and have not attended an Assembly, you are a Candidate (either Youth or Adult).
Scouts are considered Youth in the OA until their 21st birthday.
You have 18 months from the date of your election (not from the date of your call out) to participate in an Assembly.
Note: To register, you will need your BSA ID and if you are 18+ your YPT date.
