What is JOTA-JOTI?
Jamboree-on-the-Air (JOTA) - Jamboree-on-the-Internet (JOTI) is an annual Scouting event sponsored by World Scouting and is held the 3rd weekend of October. Typically, JOTA-JOTI attracts close to 2 million Scouts and leaders from over 160 countries! Participation in JOTA-JOTI is a requirement of the International Spirit Award.
Jamboree On The Internet (JOTI)
JOTI utilizes the internet to link Scouts from around the world. Through the WOSM jotajoti.info platform, registered Scouts "meet" other Scouts from around the world in a “travel-free jamboree!” JOTI participation can be used to help fulfill some of the Citizenship in the World or Digital Technology merit badge requirements!
Jamboree On The Air (JOTA)
Jamboree-on-the-Air (JOTA) uses amateur radio to link Scouts around the world, around the nation, and in your community.
