As with all Scouting events, Parts A&B of the BSA health form should be on hand for each youth AND adult. These will be held by your unit's leader on site in case they are needed. It is expected Troops will follow BSA policy by having a adult leader for every ten youth at the event either registered for one of our adult classes or volunteering to support the facilitation of Badges they are registered as a Merit Bade Counselor for.

Registrations made by individual families maybe combined with others from their unit. On the parent's end it may look like your registration was "canceled" however that is just the system's way of saying your Scout's registration was moved to provide a proper dispensing of records back to the units after MBF.
