Please join us for the National Service Territory 7 Key Leaders Summit/Conference beginning with dinner on the evening of Sunday, January 28, 2024, and a full-day conference on Monday, January 29, 2024.  We know there have been many changes taking place and we want to provide an opportunity to learn from each other to a build a greater Scouting future.  The theme of the conference is “Scouting Forward”.

Location

The 2024 National Service Territory 7 Key Leader Conference will be held at the Capitol Area Council's Frank Fickett Scout Service and Training Center. 

Times and Agenda

Sunday

• Breakouts by committee: 2pm to 6pm
• Dinner: 6pm to 8pm

Monday

• 7:30am to 4:00pm

Dress 

Dress for the meeting will be business casual or BSA uniform.

Lodging

We have secured the Courtyard by Marriott Austin North/Parmer Lane which is 0.4 miles from the Council Office. Participants have until Monday, January 15th to book rooms. The reduced hotel rate is good for the evening of January 28, 2024. A complimentary breakfast is provided in the room fee.
