MEGA Training offers you the chance to take required training courses like Scoutmaster Leader-Specific Training, Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills (IOLS), or Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation (BALOO). There are also optional courses, including Chaplain Training, Swimming and Water Rescue, Paddle Craft Safety, and more.

BSA Introduction to Outdoor Leadership Skills

Introduction to Outdoor Leadership Skills will provide Boy Scout  leaders with the basic outdoor skills information needed to start and guide a program the right way.  Completion of this course is the required outdoor training for all ScoutMasters and Assistanct ScoutMasters.  The skill taught are based on the outdoor skills found in The Boy Scout Handbook.
