Why You’ll Want to Be There

Built for you: New and experienced Cubmasters, den leaders, committee members, and commissioners will all find valuable ideas and practical takeaways.

Go beyond the basics: Strengthen your administrative, leadership, and program skills through useful, engaging topics such as:

Pack administration, planning, and recruiting

Advancement tracking and recognition

Outdoor skills, day camping, skits, songs, and crafts

Special events, pinewood derby management, and STEM in Cub Scouting

Choose your experience: Come for the morning or stay all day. Explore youth support, Dutch oven cooking, conservation, fundraising, and more—then bring your new ideas straight back to your unit.
