Please join us for the 2026 Bee Cave Community Scout Day! Please find event information below.

• When: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (Check-In begins at 8:45 a.m. Troops may arrive at 8:00 a.m. to setup activities and stations.)
• Who: All Scouts are welcome to attend! This event is primarily focused towards Arrow of Light and Webelos Cub Scouts so that they can find the perfect Troop to cross-over to.
  • All Bee Cave District Troops should attend with activities and resources to share with interested Webelos/AoLs and their families. 
• What: Bee Cave District Troops will host fun games and activities for all Scouts to enjoy. KONA Ice will be providing free snowcones. Arrow of Light Scouts will visit with different Troops in the Bee Cave District to find one that fits them the best. This event is the perfect opportunity to find a unit to cross-over to in order to continue the Scouting journey. 
• Where: Lake Hills Church, 11521 Bee Caves Rd, Austin, TX 78738.
  • Outside in the parking lot and surrounding green space.

Agenda:

• 7:30 - 8:45 a.m: Troops arrive and set up activities
• 8:50 a.m. - Opening flag ceremony and welcome.
• 9:00 a.m. - Event start
• 12:00 p.m. - Event ends, Troops pack up and Scouts help to clean the parking lot. 

Cost: $5.00 per each Troop member (Both Troop youth and adult). No cost to AoL Scouts, Webelos, Cub Scouts, or their parents/guardians. Anyone is welcome to attend and learn more about the Troops in the area. Community members and those not already in the Scouting program are welcome to attend for free.
