Get ready for the ultimate weekend of outdoor fun! The Armadillo District Cub Scouting Adventure Weekend (CSAW26) is back, bringing two action-packed nights of camping, camaraderie, and cub-tastic memories to Smilin’ V Scout Ranch. Whether you’re coming for the whole weekend or just joining us for a thrilling Saturday day-trip, your Cubs are in for an unforgettable experience!

Event Specifics

When: October 23, 24, and 25, 2026

Where: Smilin’ V Scout Ranch (250 County Road 286 Spur, Liberty Hill, TX 78642)

Who: All registered Scouting America Cub Scouts, leaders, and parents!

Check-In: Friday evening starting at 5:00 PM or Saturday morning starting at 7:30 AM.

What to Bring: Your own Units' food/drinks, physical medical forms (Parts A & B), physical adult SYT certificates, and a small wagon to haul your gear to your campsite!

Registering as a Unit is highly recommended! Lock in your spot early to get the best rate.

Registration Tiers:

$10 Early Bird (Capped at the first 300 registrations)

$15 Regular Price 

$20 Late Registration (Starts October 1st through event conclusion)

If you are adding leaders or youth at check-in, or settling outstanding registration balances at the event, payment may be made by CASH or CHECK ONLY. Event staff may not be able to process credit cards or digital payments on-site. Please plan accordingly!
