If you have landed on the "Participant Tickets" page, the numbers in the dropdowns indicates how many tickets you wise to purchase.

 

If you have landed on the "Sponsorship" page, the numbers in the dropdowns indicates how many Sponsorships you wish to purchase. You will choose how many tickets you want on the next page by selecting the number you want and clicking "Save".
