The Middle Tennessee Council is hosting The Council Reception (Eagle Scout and Volunteer Recognition Reception) Sunday, May 4, 2025 at 1:30 pm at Hillsboro High School.

All Eagle Scouts, Venturing Summit Award or Sea Scout Quatermaster Award, Parents and Reception Sponsors are WELCOME.  Please register for the Reception, by clicking on the Register Button on the right.

The Middle Tennessee Council does not charge the families to attend. Your investment offsets the cost for the Eagle Scout and their family to attend, the Eagle Scout neckerchief, the costs associated with the location, and the printing of program book is provided to all in attendance.

The investment to become a Receptions Sponsor is $125.00. This year we will provide each Reception Sponsor with the “Council Reception Sponsorship CSP”

Receptions Sponsor will ensure the success of this year’s reception, the sponsorships will to help make the Council Recognition Reception event a special memory for each of the 2024 Eagle Scouts of the Middle Tennessee Council at no cost them or their families. This will be the first time these Scouts have had the opportunity to be recognized for their accomplishment by the MTC and we want it to be a memorable experience.

At the appropriate time during the program, the Eagle Scouts will walk across the stage to receive their neckerchief from the Council President and Scout Executive, then come by the Receptions Sponsor to be congratulated and get their assist in putting on the neckerchief.

If a Troop or Business is willing to contribute, we will recognize them in the program book as well.    

Pre-orders are open until April 3rd. Adult Small to 5XLarge. $20-$23, depending on size. Shirts are to be picked up at the Eagle Reception, or you can select shipping at checkout and we will ship your shirt to you once it arrives in store. Reception Shirt Link
