Dear Scout Leaders and Parents,

On behalf of the WaHiNasa Lodge, I am honored to support the Middle Tennessee Council by hosting the 24th Winter Camp at Boxwell Reservation, December 27–30, 2026. Our crew is dedicated to crafting a memorable adventure for your Scouts. This year, prepare to hoist the colors and set sail on a Pirate Voyage across the icy waters of Boxwell.

Winter Camp is the perfect way to close out the year — a chance for Scouts to connect, learn, and have a blast while earning merit badges. This year’s camp promises an exciting and engaging program filled with new opportunities for every young buccaneer. Merit badges offered include Truck Transportation, Surveying, Crime Prevention, and several Eagle Required Merit Badges. We’re also featuring valuable training such as CPR and Wilderness First Aid.

But Winter Camp is more than classes — it’s a hands-on adventure that brings our Pirates of Boxwell theme to life with games, challenges, and campwide fun. Expect a dynamic experience blending essential Scout skills with a highseas twist. Your troop’s abilities will be put to the test through our engaging program activities as they navigate the curse of Stahlman’s Gold. Scouts will leave with more than merit badges: they’ll carry home memories, friendships, and a deeper connection to Scouting.

I know winter break is a busy time, but I truly believe Winter Camp is the place for Scouts to be. It’s fun, impactful, and creates memories they’ll be talking about long after the voyage ends. Thank you for all you do for your Scouts — we can’t wait to welcome you aboard at camp.
