The West TN Area Council’s annual Spring Family Camp will be wacky and have you celebrating in year-round style!

Event Highlights:

• Visit the always-popular shooting ranges.
• Enjoy waterfront activities with Mr. Pope (weather permitting)
• Work on your Personal Fitness Adventure in Adventure Basin
• Enter the Council-Wide Second Chance Pinewood Derby!

• Attend the closing campfire for the chance to be a part of a scouting tradition.
• End your night dancing at the Cub Club Dance Party outside the Trading Post
  or attend the Outlaw/Freestyle Pinewood Derby at Carlisle
• Stock up on goodies and exclusive NEW MERCH at the Trading Post.

• Choose to cook your own meals or dine in the dining hall with our convenient meal plan option (wristbands provided at check-in for meal plans).

The WTAC Council-Wide
Second Chance Pinewood Derby
This year, we're offering everyone, young and old, the opportunity to race their Pinewood Derby car again!

$5/Racer entry fee

Scout races will be divided into 2 categories for racing
Lions/Tigers/Wolves race in the morning
Bears/Webelos/AOL race in the afternoon
No qualifying race wins (unit, district, etc.) necessary to enter
Awards will be based on times and given out during dinner at the dining hall

Saturday night will be for the Outlaws - the aged-out, the rule-benders, those building outside the code!
If it fits down the track, it races
Outlaw/Freestyle races will be held elimination style
Outlaw/Freestyle Racers will be allowed to run multiple times if they wish

Registration Rates and Dates:
Please pay careful attention as you go through the registration process.
Registrations are NOT finalized until you have a payment confirmation.
Unpaid registrations will NOT be held past the deadline.
NO PAYMENT OR REGISTRATION will be accepted at the gate.

Overnight Rates - Early / Regular / Late
Family (max 6 participants) - $90 / $100 / $125
Cub Scouts & Sibilings - $30 / $35 / $44
Adults - $15 / $18 / $23

Day Pass - Early / Regular / Late
Family (max 6 participants) - $60 / $70 / $88
Cub Scouts & Siblings - $25 / $30 / $38
Adults - Free / Free / $5

Register before April 1st and get early registration prices!!!
Regular prices until April 17 at 11:59 PM • Late Registration Fee begins on April 18 at 12:00 AM (approx 25% late fee)

Family registrations are capped at a combination of 6 individuals.
Any additional participants can be added as individual registrants on the same registration and charged accordingly.

After April 17, T-shirts and Meal Plans are not guaranteed but will be accommodated as much as possible.

Registration closes on Friday, April 24 at 11:59 PM

Important Details:

Volunteers must register to receive service hour credit and purchase meal plans.

To secure your spot, you must complete registration and payment by the deadline. No on-site registration or payments will be accepted.

The dining hall meal plan includes Saturday breakfast, sack lunch, dinner, and Sunday breakfast. Friday dinner is not included but food will be available for purchase in the trading post.

Concerning items ordered at Trading Post during Fall Family Camp but not yet received -
I would like to offer my personal apologies for this. Days after closing camp I had a family situation arise that took my full attention for the next few months. While several have offered to help, I have not been in a position where I could simply hand the task off, as I would like. Your order will be available for pick up at the trading post and I hope that you will accept my apology and know that I deeply appreciate your understanding at this time.
