UT Martin Merit Badge Workshop

Registration opens December 1st.

We will be doing all registrations online www.westtnscouts.org.
Please register as a troop if possible. It helps with the paperwork. Multiple councils will be attending
this event.

Registration closes February 15th at midnight.

Instructions for obtaining a parking pass will be sent out once registration has closed. Parking passes are free to obtain.

Scouts will be asked to follow the buddy system.

Schedule:
8:00 Registration begins, University Center, Watkins Auditorium
8:20 Guest speaker Dr. Yancy Freeman, UTM Chancellor
8:30 Registration closes
8:40 Opening Ceremony
9:00 Classes Begin (Scouts will be taken to classrooms)
12:00 Lunch –Bring your own
1:00 Classes Resume
3:30 Classes end (return to Watkins Auditorium for dismissal and pickup)
 

Notes:

• Parking available in University Center lot building 16, marked on the map on the reverse side of this page.
• Veterinary Medicine, Landscape Architecture, Animal Science, will include time spent doing outdoor activities- Dress for the Field! Emergency Preparedness in the past has spent some time outside as well.

• Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science is on far side of campus. If those going don’t mind driving those without rides to that site. Scouts and Leaders from these merit badges don’t come back at Lunch time. Please take it with you.
• Cost $15.00 per Scout.
