Please pay careful attention as you go through the registration process.
Registrations are NOT finalized until you have a payment confirmation.
Unpaid registrations will NOT be held past the deadline.
NO PAYMENT OR REGISTRATION will be accepted at the gate.

Regular prices until Oct 2 at 11:59 PM • Late Registration Fee begins on Oct 9 at 12:00 AM (approx 25% late fee)

Family registrations are capped at a combined maximum of 6 individuals.
Any additional participants can be added as individual registrants on the same registration and charged accordingly.

After Oct 2nd, T-shirts and Meal Plans are not guaranteed but will be accommodated as much as possible.

Registration closes on Friday, Oct 9 at 11:59 PM

Important Details:

Volunteers (adult and youth) must register to receive service hour credit and purchase meal plans.

To secure your spot, you must complete registration and payment by the deadline. No on-site registration or payments will be accepted.

Meals served in the dining hall are only available to those who purchased dining hall meal plans. Those not purchasing the meal plan may cook in their campsite or make other arrangements for meals for the weekend.

The dining hall meal plan includes Saturday breakfast, sack lunch, dinner, and Sunday breakfast. Friday dinner is not included but food will be available for purchase in the trading post.
