  • Leaders/Parents if you would kindly spread yourself out among the different classes so we can get our 2 deep adult leadership.   Need to make sure we have male and female leaders spread out.   I also ask that you start the blue cards for the instructors.   That way all they have to do is sign them at the end.   Please return them to table at Watkins Auditorium for distribution.
  • Blue Cards will be provided from BlackPug software.    Leaders please pick up cards at the end of merit badge classes.   They will be brought to Watkins Auditorium to the registration table.    Once you have your troops blue cards and scouts you may leave.    We do not have a closing ceremony.   Scouts will be brought back to Watkins Auditorium by Instructors/Leaders.
  • Uniforms.   Please ask Scouts to wear Class A uniform.
  • Lunch. Please bring your own lunch.   Food Court will be open but lines at Chick-fil-A tend to get hit with long lines.   Veterinarian Medicine will be eating in their rooms so lunch must be brought from home.   Veterinarian Medicine is on the far side of campus and doesn’t return to Watkins Auditorium until the end.
