The Thunderbird and Malmaison Districts are hosting both an Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills (I.O.L.S.) and a Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation (B.A.L.O.O.) training courses at Camp Currier, on September 19-20, 2025. This training is the final course needed by many Scouting America leaders to be considered fully-trained for their position, so don't miss this great opportunity!

The fall I.O.L.S. and B.A.L.O.O. training will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 19th, and will conclude around 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 20th. Who: All Scouter's who are not TRAINED for their position.

What: IOLS for Scout Leaders and BALOO for Cub Leaders.

When: September 19th and 20th. Registration begins Friday at 5pm. Graduation occurs Saturday at 5pm.

Where: Camp Currier's Main Dining Hall.

Why: Because all Scouts deserve a TRAINED leader!
