Wednesday EAT IN Campsite Request Form 2026

Please complete form ONLY if you need food items or charcoal for Wednesday night EAT IN CAMPSITE otherwise we will assume that you are providing your own food.

There is no extra charge for units already registered for summer camp! However, guests are $10 per person.  If you place order for guests, those food orders are final, there are NO refunds after you place an order.

Items provided by the camp that you can order with this form:

• Hamburgers & Hot Dogs

• Buns

• Chips

• Condiments

We do NOT provide plates, cups or plasticware (no mess kit provided) 

Each campsite has a firepit and grate to cook on.

We must have your order no later than Monday, by NOON, two days prior to the Wednesday night meal, if not sooner. Understand, if you do not fill this out before Monday by NOON, your order request will not be processed.

Please plan to provide any items you wish to cook using your own menu or plan to purchase items to support the menu provided above; there are many grocery options in nearby Rockwood and Harriman.
