2025 Leadership in Action

On behalf of the Great Smoky Mountain Council, Scouting America, you are invited to partner with us as a sponsor of our Leadership in Action Dinner, featuring Alison Crowther, Founder of the Welles Remy Crowther Charitable Trust.
This inspiring evening will take place on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 6:30pm at Bistro by the Tracks in Bearden. Alison’s message, honoring the courage and sacrifice of her son, Welles Crowther — the “Man in the Red Bandana” — whose actions saved 18 lives on 9/11, embodies the values we strive to instill in every young person through Scouting.
We are honored to recognize TVA as our Presenting Sponsor for this extraordinary evening. Their leadership sets the stage for an unforgettable event that highlights the very best of service, courage, and community.
As a sponsor, you will not only support this meaningful evening but also directly impact the youth of East Tennessee by strengthening Scouting programs that build leaders of character.
