Please fill out this form for Scouts who have sold popcorn and are eligible for Scout Day with the Ice Bears.  Remember, if your Scout sold $500 or more, they get a free ticket.  All other guests can purchase tickets for $17 each.

If you have multiple Scouts who have earned the prize, please fill out a separate form for each one.  Units will be seated together if using this form to register.  The deadline is Friday, January 17, 2025!  After that date tickets may still be available but seating as a unit is not guaranteed.
