Join us for an action-packed STEM Discovery Day, a multi-station, drop-in experience where Scouts jump straight into real-world, hands-on STEM exploration!

This year, Scouts will step into the world of forensic science and applied STEM as they extract their own DNA, learn how to classify fingerprints, and investigate blood spatter patterns & tire treads to uncover the science behind crime scene analysis.

We’re also excited to welcome special community partners! Pellissippi Welding will showcase the power and precision behind skilled trades in action, and TWRA Wildlife will bring an engaging look at conservation and wildlife science. Scouts will also have the opportunity to explore a Knoxville Fire Department fire truck and see a LifeStar helicopter up close while learning about the technology and teamwork behind emergency response.
