To receive the early bird discount, you must make payment in full by the early bird deadline.  Similarly, to complete the online registration, you must make payment in full by that deadline.  After all the required participant information is entered, you must select the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button and follow the prompts to make your payment and complete the registration process.  Once payment in FULL is complete, you will receive a confirmation email to verify that registration is complete.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, you are NOT registered.
