There is no on-site registration. All participants MUST pre-register. Late Registrations will not be accepted.

This event is open to Weblelos and Arrow of Light Scouts as they prepare to transition to a Scouts BSA Troop and experience Camp Coker. 

This event is for REGISTERED Webelos and AOL Scouts and their Leaders. Parents who wish to attend are strongly encouraged to complete the Scouting America Safeguarding Youth Training before the campout. Please visit my.scouting.org to complete this training. If you will be attending as a Den, you must have at least 2 SYT trained adults and also meet the minimum 1 Adult to 5 Scouts ratio.

Check-in will begin at 5 pm Friday evening at Stallworth Lodge. Check-out by 10 am Sunday morning. 

Registration includes Friday and Saturday night camping, Saturday activities, and a custom event patch. 

Scouts will be putting into practice the skills they have learned as they are preparing for the transition to the Scouts BSA program. 

**Campsites and Activity Groups will be assigned by the Event Chair**

Leaders - please be sure you have enough tents and other gear for your Scouts!

Saturday Lunch items will be provided to be cooked at each campsite, but all meals will be the responsibility of the participants. This is a perfect opportunity for the Scouts to learn/practice some new cooking skills. 

All participants MUST submit parts A and B of the BSA Medical Form at check-in. (Forms will be returned to unit leaders at the conclusion of the event)

Activities to include outdoor skills, campfire building and cooking skills, six essentials, S-T-O-P method, and MORE!
