Training Conference

at Camp Barstow

The Section E7 Training Conference is our premier leadership development event, taking place September 26–28, 2025, at Camp Barstow. Over the course of the weekend, Arrowmen from across the section will come together to build skills, share ideas, and learn from outstanding trainers and guests from across the Southeast.  Cost is $30.00 per person.

Like the National Order of the Arrow Conference, this event features an annual theme. This year, our theme is FLAME: Forging Leaders And Mentoring Excellence. Through dynamic sessions and meaningful conversations, participants will explore how to identify potential, ignite growth, and lead with purpose in their lodges and chapters.  To download the Program Guide for the event CLICK HERE

Explore ways to enhance every aspect of the Ordeal, from ceremonies to service, to create a powerful and memorable experience for candidates.

401 - Spotlighting Your Lodge: Digital Outreach, Publication, & Promotion

Learn how to amplify your lodge’s story through social media, websites, newsletters, and creative promotional strategies including digital communication tools like Lodgemaster.

402 - The OA Blueprint: Understanding Organizational Structure and Support

Gain insight into the organization of the OA at all levels, from national committees to section roles, and how these groups support local success. Master the official tools, guides, and platforms such as LodgeMaster, the Field Operations Handbook, and OA Scouting America websites that can help you lead effectively.
