National Jamboree

Qualifications for Scouts BSA:

• MUST have a current BSA membership with a Scouts BSA Troop
• MUST be at least 12 years of age by the first day of the Jamboree (July 22, 2026) and not be 18 years of age by the last day of the Jamboree (July 31, 2026)
• Be approved by the unit leader and the Indian Waters Council
• MUST have appropriate parent/guardian to complete the online parental consent
• Participate in pre-Jamboree training experience with local Council and unit leader
• Submit BSA Annual Health & Medical Record using the online Jamboree submission process; the AHMR must be dated on or after August 1, 2025
• Submit all registrations fees per the IWC payment schedule

COSTS:

The cost for Youth and Adult Jamboree participants with the Indian Waters Council will be $2500.  This is the Early Bird Registration fee.  After November 1, 2025 the fee will be $2740.  Reserve your place now with a $400 non-refundable deposit.  This fee includes the National Jamboree fee, transportation to and from the Jamboree, special patches hat and shirt, duffle bag and troop equipment.

Our Contingent:

The 2026 Indian Waters Jamboree contingent will consist of one male troop (36 youth and 4 adult participants) and one female troop (18 youth and 2 adult participants).  Please note, these are set numbers so register soon.  Adult participants have already been pre-selected and approved by the council and require a password to start the registration.

Payment Schedule

Deposit                           $400     By Aug 1, 2025

Second Payment             $650     By Oct 3, 2025

Third Payment                $650     By Feb 6, 2026

Final Payment                 $800     By June 5, 2026

*Start your registration after November 1, the fee goes up to $2740
