Muscogee Lodge - 2025 Chief's Retreat / Lodge Leadership Development Conference
The 2025 Muscogee Lodge #116 Chief's Retreat / Lodge Leadership Development Conference will be held December 6-8, 2024 at Camp Barstow.
The Chief's Retreat and Lodge Leader Development Conference (LLDC) is a critical and engaging event for our current and future lodge and chapter leaders to plan for the future and hone essential skills to do their jobs effectively. The event is open to all dues-paid lodge members at no cost to the individual. The event is designed to engage current and future leaders and adviser within our lodge and chapters. If you are an elected lodge officer, appointed chairman, or an adviser, you must attend the Chief's Retreat; all lodge members interested in improving their leadership skills, learning more about lodge leadership, or thinking of running for lodge office in the future should attend.
During this intensive weekend, leaders will experience training from some of the top trainers in the area as well as specially tailored working sessions to map out the year ahead. Youth leaders and advisers will work closely together to set a strong foundation for the future of the Lodge. We will also have a meeting of the Lodge Executive Board Meeting to make a range of important decisions. Please register early so we can properly prepare our food, facilities, and program materials in advance.
