The 2024 Section E7 Cornerstone Conclave will be held April 26-28, 2024 at the Belk Scout Reservation in Midland, NC. The Conclave theme is "Building the Future Together".

Important Notes: UPDATE - The lodge received additional slots for our delegation. These slots are guarenteed through March 5th so be sure to register TODAY!!!

Memorabilia Pre-Orders: Section Conaclave pre-orders closed on January 30, 2024, however lodge pre-order items are available in the Online Lodge Store through February 29, 2024.

What to Expect:

• The Muscogee Lodge Conclave theme this year is "Taking Care of Business".
• Competition: Quest for the Golden Arrow, Ceremonies, American Indian Activities, Administrative Events
• Fellowship, Brotherhood, Spirit, Patch Trading, Shows, Training Events

How Much:

• $70 for all Lodge Members
• Registration includes meals (All Saturday & Sunday Breakfast), event delegate patch, lodge delegate patch, trader patch, delegate t-shirt, program fee, and spirit items.

When to Come:

• Group transportation will be arranged. Be sure to complete the transportation questions within the registration portal to help us determine requirements. Details will be provided to lodge delegates closer to the departure date.
• Please plan to travel with the group as parking is limited and many youth Arrowmen will need travel assistance.

Important Details:

• Provide a current, complete, and signed BSA Medical Form (Part A & B – no doctor signature required). Medical forms will be collected and kept on file with our Medical Officer for future lodge events. A BSA Medical Form is valid for 12 months from the date it was signed. If in doubt, complete a new one or email the medical team at medical@muscogeelodge.org.
• Dinner is NOT provided Friday night. Please eat before you arrive or bring a bag dinner.

• Conclave memorabilia pre-order items are open to all members and may be purchased as part of registration or from the Online Lodge Store.

Registration Notes:

• OA event registrations requires the use of your BSA Member ID. If you are unsure of your number, please visit my.Scouting or the OA Member Portal.
• NOTICE: All participants are required to maintain current BSA registration to participate in OA Events. In addition, adults (age 18 and older) are required to maintain current Youth Protection Training (YPT). Using your unique BSA Member ID allows us to synchronize BSA and OA (LodgeMaster) membership databases. This allows us to verify BSA registration and YPT to better service the lodge and ensure participants are covered under BSA insurance.
