If you are a leader with an Indian Waters Council unit, make sure when you are completing the participant information, to check the in-council box and uncheck the out-of-council box.  This box is at the top of the screen and will default to the out-of-council box if no action is taken.

Once you check the appropriate box and save (Done) you must still do the Check-out.
