Event registration requires the use of your BSA Member ID. If you are unsure of your number, please visit my.Scouting or the OA Member Portal.
NOTICE: All participants are required to maintain current BSA registration to participate in OA Events. In addition, adults (age 18 and older) are required to maintain current Youth Protection Training (YPT). Using your unique BSA Member ID allows us to synchronize BSA and OA (LodgeMaster) membership databases. This allows us to verify BSA registration and YPT to better service the lodge and ensure participants are covered under BSA insurance.

Annual Pass:
The Annual Pass is the best value for staying fully involved in the lodge all year long. It includes annual dues; registration for the Lodge Banquet, two Induction Weekends, and three Fellowships; and an event patch for each of these events (excluding Induction Weekends). In addition, Annual Pass holders receive a bonus patch for every Fellowship and Banquet they register for and attend. (subject to availability for past events).
For the 2026 lodge year, the Annual Pass also includes registration for both Conclave Work Weekends at no additional cost.
Altogether, these benefits have a combined value of $216.50, but the 2026 Annual Pass is only $150—an exceptional savings for a full year of lodge involvement.
