Check-in Friday Night 5pm to 7pm

 

Cost: Cub Scouts $25  Adults: $25  Siblings: $25

Cost includes: Patch, Friday and Saturday night Camping, Friday Night Movie, Corn Maze, Petting Zoo, Tractor Wagon Ride, Playground, Jump Pads, Archery Station, Craft Table and Face Painting. 

 

Saturday night the kids can put on their Halloween Costumes and Trick or Treat from each Pack site. (If you can, Please bring a bag of candy to share. Thank you!)

On Saturday, Packs can compete in the 1st Annual Pack Chili Cook-Off!!

Each Pack can sign up for the competition. They must bring their own ingredients, cookware, work as team, and have their Chili at the Judges Table by 5pm! We are hoping to continue this tradition at our annual Cub-o-Ween. A Giant Spoon has been appointed to serve as the Trophy. Each year the winning Pack will have their Pack Number, as well as the date, etched into the spoon. The Spoon will be available for group photos, but will reside the rest of the year in the Camp Coker Dinning Hall. Each year the winning Pack will have their Number/Date added to the Giant Spoon.

 

Pony Rides, Pumpkins, and Food Truck available on-site. These are extra costs that are paid directly to Thompson Farm (bring extra money if interested)

If possible, please print out one per person registered and bring it with you to check-in. This will make temp checks go much more smoothly. If you show up Friday night without this form, you will be asked to step to the side and fill out one, per person. Then we can do temp checks, hand you your wristbands, and complete the check in process.

Please keep in mind, if you or anyone in your household has experienced ANY of the following two weeks PRIOR to camp time, you will not be permitted to camp:

1. COVID-19 Diagnosis

2. Under quarantine for COVID-19 due to exposure

3. Fever

4. Sore Throat

5. Uncontrolled Coughing

6. Loss of Taste

7. Loss of Smell

8. Diarrhea

Refunds will be given if you notify us you won't qualify prior to arrival at camp. 

If we turn you away at the gate, there will be no refund.
