SR-5 Cornestone Conclave at Camp Barnhardt in New London, NC hosted by Itibapishe Iti Hollo Lodge.

Participant fee ($80) includes: Conclave Fee, all meals, 1 Host lodge patch, 1 Santee Lodge Conclave Delegate patch, 1 Santee Lodge Trader patch, 1 Santee Lodge Conclave Dangle, 1 Santee Lodge Conclave T-shirt (must be wore Saturday at Conclave) and Santee Lodge spirit items.  Our theme this year is "We The Parakeets."  Paticipants who register before March 6th are guaranteed their extra patch orders. Registrations after March 6th will be filled first come first serve.

All participants must be registered with the BSA and a member in good standing of Santee Lodge with 2022 dues paid. Deadline to register is March 16, 2022.

Anyone may purchase pre-order conclave items whether they attend or not with the exception of Lodge Delegate Flap and 0Dangle. You must be a participant for the Delegate Flap and3 Dangle.

Medical forms A and B are required. You must bring these to the event. We will not have extras.
