Event Details

Summer Fellowship

Check in will be from 5-7:00pm on Friday, July 23, 2021 at Stallworth. Departure from Summer Fellowship will be at 11 am on Sunday, July 25, 2020. Summer camp tents will not be available, bring your own.. The deadline to register is July 20, 2021 by Midnight. Friday Night Supper will not be served unless you register for the Steak Dinner. 

Those that don't register will not be permitted on the property.

COVID Precautions

  1. Only family members may share a tent.
  2. Bring multiple face coverings to change over the weekend
  3. Bring a personal size container of hand sanitizer
  4. Prepare to have temperature checked upon arrival and at the event
  5. Medical pre-screening questions will be asked upon arrival

Medical Pre-Screening Questions:

If you or anyone in your household from July 5th to July 16th exeperience ANY of the following you won't be permitted to camp:

  1. COVID-19 Diagnosis
  2. Underquarantine for a COVID-19 because of exposure
  3. Fever
  4. Sore Throat
  5. Un-controlled Coughing
  6. Loss of Taste
  7. Loss of Smell
  8. Diarrhea

Refunds will be given if you notify us you won't qualify prior to arrival at camp.  If we turn you away at the gate there will be no refund.
