KLONDIKE DERBY EVENT DESCRIPTION

Grab your Sled and Team, Travel to the Great Northern Territory and Accept the Challenges that await you on your Cross Country Journey. The Camporee Committee invites the Boys & Girls Troops of the Swamp Rabbit District to Camp Old Indian the weekend of October 28-30, 2022 to participate in a Klondike Derby where the sleds will be fast & the Scouts will be the pulling Team. Follow your Patrols/Teams as they traverse from city to city where the local Mayor will dispatch the rules and regulations of the local challenge. Competitions will engage your Scout skills, strategies and gamesmanship. Rack up your points towards an overall score to find out who will be the top dogs of the day.
