2020 Sports, Entertainment, and Travel Auction – Our First Virtual Fundraiser

Due to COVID-19 and in order to keep our loyal supporters safe, our annual Auction will be held online for the first time from November 11th – 18th, 2020. It will be hosted by Meares Property Advisors Inc. powered by Proxibid. This is great news for our supporters! You will now have a full week instead of a couple hours to find and bid on the items you love.

To receive updates and links for our upcoming event, please preregister through this page.  Be sure to opt in for text messages to receive event updates.  After you register, you will receive a confirmation email and a link to our Auction Site on Proxibid.  You MUST establish a user account on Proxibid at this link in order to participate in the auction.  Then click on the "sign up" button in the top right hand corner and complete the requested information.  For assistance with Proxibid account set up, we've provided a YouTube tutorial below.  (NOTE:  Establishing an account does not incur a fee nor does it obligate you to bid.)  If you want to be ready to bid, you may go ahead and provide your credit card information so you can obtain authorization to bid once the auction goes live on November 11th at Noon.

The 2019 Sports, Entertainment, and Travel Auction hosted more that 150 community leaders who gathered to enjoy an evening of fellowship and fun in support of Upstate Scouting. Not only was the event a great evening but the 2019 Council Auction was the best year yet and helped to raise over $54,000 for upstate Scouting programs. Items up for bid included resort stays, dinners, golf packages, and local vendor donations. The highlight of the evening was a live raffle to win a golf cart from Garrett’s Golf Cars.
