Camp Old Indian doesn’t come alive by accident — it comes alive because Scouts, Cub Scouts, parents, leaders, and friends roll up their sleeves and make it happen.

As we head into another exciting summer at Camp Old Indian, we’re excited to announce upcoming Work Weekends where our Scouting family can come together to prepare the camp for the season ahead. These weekends are all about teamwork, pride in our camp, and leaving Camp Old Indian better than we found it.

What to expect

Saturday 8-4, Sunday 8-12

• All skill levels welcome

• Come for a few hours or stay the whole weekend — all day Saturday or Sunday until noon with a morning devotional, or both----every bit helps

• Meals will be provided

• Projects will be well-organized

These work weekends are about more than just getting tasks done. They’re about ownership. They’re about everyone leading by example. And they’re about ensuring Camp Old Indian is ready to deliver the unforgettable program our Scouts deserve.
