Lodge Leadership Development (LLD) is the Order of the Arrow's premier leadership training event. Whether you're a new Arrowman, an experienced youth leader, an adviser, or simply looking to become more involved, LLD provides a great opportunity to learn how our lodge operates while developing valuable leadership skills.

The training is designed to strengthen our lodge and prepare the next generation of leaders, but the lessons learned extend far beyond Scouting. Whether you serve as a Troop Guide, Senior Patrol Leader, or in any leadership role, you'll gain practical skills that can help you better serve your unit, school, and community.

This year's training will be held at Camp Ho Non Wah on August 21–23. Registration is free—we simply ask that you register online so we can plan for meals, training materials, and facilities. We encourage every Arrowman to take advantage of this opportunity to grow as a leader and become more involved in our lodge.
