Staff Registration & Camping Requirements

Who May Register

Staff registration is open to:

• Order of the Arrow members (Arrowmen) registering individually, or
• Scout units registering as a group through their unit leader.
• Youth who are not Arrowmen must attend as part of a registered unit and may not register individually.

Youth Protection & Leadership Requirements

• All non-Arrowman youth must attend with their unit.
• Each participating unit must provide a minimum of two registered adult leaders.
• Units with female youth participants must have at least one registered adult female leader in attendance.

Camping Arrangements

Due to limited campsite availability, we are unable to provide separate campsites for coed units.

Staff camping will be organized as follows:

• Female staff (youth and adults) will camp in a designated female staff campsite.
• Male staff (youth and adults) will camp in a designated male staff campsite.

No exceptions can be made for separate coed unit campsites, as campsite space is needed to accommodate Cub Scouts, their families, and event staff.
