2024 York District Gold Rush

When: October 18-20, 2024

Where: Westminster Park, Rock Hill

Cost: All of these costs are if registered by September 27, 2024. Any registration received after September 27th will incur an additional $1 late fee/person. Those registering laste may come to the Saturday event for the day only (NO CAMPING). The on-time registration fees are:
          $15/Cub Scout 
          $15/Sibling participating in games (if siblings are not participating in games, there is no charge for them)
          $6/Registered Leader (No charge for Parents who are NOT registered leaders)

No idividual family registration will be accepted. All regsitrations must be completed in one signup as a Pack, via the Pack's Gold Rush event leader. If you register as a family rather than with your Pack, your registration will be cancelled and a $5 processing fee will apply. Before you begin your regsitration, please be sure to have the following information ready:

• Pack #
• District Name
• Cubmaster Name, Phone # and Email
• Primary Onsite Contact Name, Phone# and Email
• Secondary Onsite Contact Name, Phone# and Email
• # of Male Cub Scouts & # of Female Cub Scouts being registered 
• # of Siblings who are participating in games
• # of registered leaders
• # of additional family members (parents who are not registered leaders and siblings who are not participating in games)
• # of tents for Friday night & Saturday night
• # of popups
• # of trailers (no more than 2 allowed per Pack)

Very important park and event rules are posted in several documents to the right of this page. You are responsible to review, communicate these to your unit, and follow these rules. A certain number of early entrant passes will be given out after registration, and only those pass holders may enter the park before 4 pm on Friday. The campsite assignment map will be posted at the registration site the week of camp.
