Order of the Arrow Ordeal at Camp Norse

Adult Registration Requirement:
All adults 18 years of age and older must be currently registered adult members of Scouting America in order to register for and attend this event. Adults who are not currently registered may apply for a leadership position within a unit by visiting BeAScout.org prior to registering. To apply for leadership in your district or council, contact your District Executive.

What: Join us for a meaningful weekend of service and brotherhood, where Scouts elected by their peers complete the Ordeal and become members of Scouting’s National Honor Society. Through service, reflection, and teamwork, candidates will take the next step in their Scouting journey.

Check-in Location: outside of the camp office.
Parking: located in the main parking lot adjacent to the camp office once you pass through the main gate to camp on the left.
Why: The Order of the Arrow recognizes Scouts who live the Scout Oath and Law through leadership and service. Those who complete the Ordeal gain:

When: Friday April 24th - Sunday, April 26th 2026
Check-in: Friday, 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Pick-up: Sunday at 10:00 AM

Dress & Meals
Daytime Attire: Casual clothing suitable for service and outdoor work
Evening Attire: Full Scout Uniform required for dinner and evening activities
Meals: All meals on Saturday will be provided
Participants should bring personal camping gear.
