Camp Yawgoog Service Weekend

Troops who attend this weekend will have the opportunity to return for May 30, May 31, and June 1 for another weekend campout where the Yawgoog staff will administer swim qualifications to help save troops time on Sunday later in the summer.
Troops may move in after 5pm on Friday afternoon May 30th.
This weekend will start with breakfast on Saturday at 8:00am, lunch at 12:30pm, dinner at 5:45pm, and Sunday Breakfast at 8:00am will be the last activity.
Scouts / Adults should wear clothes that are appropriate for the weather and performing physical activity for the morning and evening sessions.
Scouts and Adults should bring their own tenting and sleeping gear, as tents will not be set up across property entirely, as this is the purpose of this weekend.
WHO: This is an opportunity for the whole troop to provide service hours to Camp Yawgoog. Adults and scouts are encouraged to participate. Troops will sign up and reserve a campsite to utilize.
WHAT: This weekend of service is a great opportunity to enjoy a weekend at Yawgoog before the summer starts. This weekend will be focused on setting up tents, moving bunks, setting up cots and mattresses, moving picnic tables, clearing brush, spreading mulch, and more to get Yawgoog setup for the summer.
WHEN: May 16 - May 18th. Troops may move in after 5:00pm on May 16th. Breakfast will start on Saturday at 8:00am, service projects 9:00am - 12:00pm, lunch at 12:30pm, service projects 2:00pm - 3:00pm dinner at 5:45pm, and Sunday Breakfast at 8:00am will be the last activity.
