Join us for our 2026 edition of this critical kick-off event! Our Thrive Drive will offer the most up to date information on membership practices, camping and program, as well as many other important updates from around the council. Appetizers and refreshments will be provided. Dress code is casual or business casual, volunteers are asked not to wear Class A. 

WHO: Adult volunteers, especially those that hold Key 3 positions. No youth will be permitted to attend the event. 

WHAT: Presentations for both Cub Scout and Scouts BSA leaders, with specific information about Membership, Program, Safety, Training and Fundraising 

WHEN: January 20th, 2026

TIME - 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.   Check in  will begin at 6:00 p.m 

WHERE: Bally's Twin River Lincoln Event Center, 100 Twin River Road, Lincoln, RI 02865. Leaders should park by the West Entrance, located on the right side when driving towards the front of Bally's. Leaders should then use the West Entrance and proceed immediately to the right for the event hall. 

WHY: Get ready for a big surprise, as units will learn about a brand new recognition program coming to the Council in 2026. Plus, learn about the newest updates in Membership, Program, and so much more!
