WHAT - This quarterly leadership summit brings together key district and council volunteers to share important updates, discuss priorities, and gather feedback on key areas of our Scouting program, including membership growth, program delivery, training, camping, and other strategic initiatives. Attendees will have the opportunity to collaborate with fellow volunteers and staff, discuss membership, program delivery, training, camping, and other strategic initiatives, and help shape the plans and decisions that support local units and the youth we serve.
