WHO - All adults whether or not they are a Scout that want to participate in this celebration of Scouting and the Scouting Star Award Recipients.

WHAT - This event is party celebrating the best of Scouting including our amazing Scouting Stars - which is an award given to an outstanding volunteer in each district.

WHERE - Hammetts Hotel: 4 Commercial Wharf, Newport, RI 02840

• Check-in in the Hotel Lobby.
• Parking is available for free in private lot next to Hammetts at the entrance to Commercial Wharf

WHY - This will cap off our Star Spangled Season with a fun party, great fellowship, delicious food, and outstanding volunteer recognition.

WHEN - July 9, 2026

Check in 6:00 PM, Cocktail Hour 6:00-7:00 PM, Program 7:00-7:30, Reception 7:30-8:30

$175 per ticket

All levels of support and donation are appreciated even if you cannot attend the event yourself.

Corporate Sponsorships available:

$250 - Scouting Partner Sponsor: receives recognition at the event and in promotional materials

$500 - Cub Scout Sponsor: 1 ticket to the event and receives recognition at the event and in promotional materials

$1,000 - Scouts BSA Sponsor: 2 tickets to the event and receives recognition at the event and in promotional materials

$2,000 - Scouting Star Sponsor - 4 tickets to the event and receives recognition at the event and in promotional materials

$5,000 - Presenting Sponsor - 10 tickets to the event, special signage and recognition at the event and in promotional materials

This event will feature heavy Hors d'œuvres and stations by Giusto and a cash bar.
